For Burning Man 2002, I once again linked up with the Amazing Larry Team to work on their project . . . Amazing Larry's Quack Club. (A.K.A. Anas Vulcanus, Rubber Ducky, or The-Giant-Yellow-Thing-Floating-On-The-Horizon) Since the project was based in Oakland, and I live in Colorado, my contributions were all in the area of graphic design. Have a look see below . . .

Several months before the event, the Rubber Ducky Project came into focus. The image to the right (created by another member of the Quack Club) shows the vision for the project. With this in mind, I set out to create the applicable graphic design for the project.

My primary responsibility with the Rubber Ducky was to create the access passes for the project. All passes were double-sided laminates with lanyard to facilitate dorkyness in the bearer. Click on an image to enlarge.

Blue Pass = Free Drinks, VIP Lounge Access, Staff Lounge Access
Purple Pass = Free Drinks, VIP Lounge Access
Orange Pass = Free Drinks

These were some of my initial drafts. As the project came into focus we decided to switch gears and restyle the passes to match the overall genre of the club - swank, jazzy speakeasy. Therefore, the raver style passes were abandoned in favor of those shown above. (I still am pleased with these though, so i thought that I should add them anyway.)
